Fair, well used 2 round 1906 Iowa motor vehicle registration dashboard disc # 2013. State issued disc to a vehicle owner to be tacked to the car dash to show proof of registration. Vehicle owner was to provide his/her license plate with the number on the disc. 1906 was only the third year of discs for Iowa. Discs were used from 1904 thru 1911. This disc is all original with a lot of wear from use and misuse.
