1907 & 1908 PENNSYLVANIA Porcelain License Plates Tags
Here are two second year and third year issue porcelain license plates from Pennsylvania (PA). Some slight chipping along the edges but no touch up has been done. The makers mark is visible on the back of both plates, with one showing “INGHAM RICHARDSON, Beaver Falls, Pa.” and the other showing “ING-RICH”. Plates measure 7 and 8 X 6 ½.
