This plate has a broken upper mounting slot, and white touch-up along the top and bottom edges. There appears to also be a little bit of touch-up on the extreme top of the DEL. 1910 legend, as well as a small spot on the very bottom of the 2. The black numbers and letters have faded. The plate lays mostly flat with no bends or warp.This is a very rare license plate in any condition, and it happens to be one of the lowest numbers of the early Delaware tags.
