1913 ? Maine Porcelain License Plate Tag 1169

Very earl plate but rough.The back is pitted (mostly on the bottom right corner). I"m not sure if this is a 1913 plate because my letter has more of a greenish color than what I see on 1913 plates. The ones that I see are more yellow.
I can squeeze 3 license plates into a Priority Mail Legal envelope for a combine cost of $6.45.
I can also squeeze 3 license plates into a priority mail Legal International envelope for $41.50.
I will combine mailing costs on multiple sales.
