All original 1913 Massachusetts porcelain license plate in excellent condition. White on dark blue, shiny porcelain finish. There is a chip in the porcelain around each of the upper two boltholes. This common chipping happened to many plates of this era, when the plate vibrated around the screws as the vehicle drove on rough, dirt roads.
There are a few very tiny pin hole size stone chips, but they are very minor. Most of the edge is intact and in very good condition. The back of the plate is excellent, and has the ING-RICH manufacturer mark on the back.
No rust, bends, cracks, tarnish or other damages. Impeccable shape for a 1913!
