This is a very rough 1914 Mass. licence plate, I didn"t know how to clean it and maybe it can"t be cleaned. It can be a place holder in a collection until a better one shows up at a reasonable price. If there is a way of restoring porcelain plates I am not aware of it. The back shows the name of the manufacturer but I can"t read the name , however it was made in Beaver Falls, PA. Buyer pays $7.00 S&H plus insurance if you want it.
