Up for sale is this 4 digit 1915-1916 West Virginia license plate. It is in pretty rough condition but still a very rare plate. Please see pictures for condition. Any questions please ask. 
Some plates might not lay quite flat and some might need a cleaning. I will do my best to clean / straighten the plates before I ship them.
