Here"s a 1915 New York passenger car license plate that I got as part of a matched pair. There is some missing black paint, and a bit of white overspray. Can be easily touched up with a felt tip pen, but I will leave that choice to you. Metal is perfect, see pic of back. 1915 is about the worst year for paint in NY, it simply alligatored and fell off. (1916 is bad too).
License plates are over 3 years old and are for collecting/display only unless authorized by NYSDMV for YOM use.
