1915 Vermont Porcelain #3296 License Plate

Here is a 1915 Vermont #3296 Porcelain License Plate. There has been some touch up around the left strap hole, left side and bottom corner. Also some metal loss on the top edge. Paint is bit dull. One grommet is still in place.
