Here is a 1915 Vermont 3 Digit #452 Temporary License Plate. I almost never see these come up for sale. Paint is chipped and rusted near the V, both top bolt holes and near the right T. All four grommets are attached. These Temporary plates were issued only in 1915 with the purchase of a new vehicle to be returned within 5 days. They were approximately issued from number 1-700 only.
