1916 1917 West Virginia license plate in fair to good shape. The plate shows rusting from age. Still a displayable plate. See pictures for condition of plate.
Postage charged is for first class mail and also includes other selling expenses such as tape, trips to post office, E-bay charges are based on both the selling price plus cost of shipping -so double cost on part of the selling costs. All plates are over three years old. Items will be packaged well.
