1916 Connecticut License Plate # 31697 Porcelain Black With White Numbers

This Connecticut license plate is from 1916 and is in decent condition for it"s age. There is damage to it"s porcelain finish on the 6 and where the bolts were.
There has never been any restoration work done on this plate. It measures 16 1/4 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide and weighs 1lb. 10oz.
