Here is a 1917 New Hampshire Non Resident #26729 Porcelain License Plate. These plates were issued from July 1 - September 30 and required on any vehicle staying in state for more than 10 days. The law was revised in 1917 to increase the days in state to 20. This plate has some porcelain missing near both strap holes, the large 9 and the N. There are some rust spots on the back of the plate also.
