Rare 1920 Georgia dashboard disc. In the early years, Georgia issued you one of these discs to go along with your license plate. This would have been mounted to your dashboard. These discs were used until 1929, at which time they were phased out in favor of a 2nd license plate. These are not easy to come by at all, like any old Georgia license plate. This disc measures 2 in diameter and is made of very thin metal (tin?). As you can see, the one mounting hole is enlarged. Otherwise, it"s in nice condition.
This plate conforms to ebay"s 3-year rule and is being offered for collecting purposes only.
