1921 Washington License Plates

1921 Washington License Plate. Measures 13 x 4 1/2. They lay pretty flat. No extra holes. The plate on top does have a bend in it. Its diagonal from the bottom of the number 1 up to the N. Original paint. There seems to be a paint drip below the last number 2. Bottom plate rusted out, but still pretty solid.
