Black with gold lettering, nice Iowa Hawkeye colors, Year 23 in lower right hand corner below IA. The county code, 80 (Ringgold County) is at the left in plate number, before the dash. I believe that is the Mt. Ayr, Iowa area. License plate number 80-0705. Nice old pair of plates. Thanks for your time.
