JACK"S OTHER STUFF Make an Offer: Jack loves bartering and offers. He also likes to bundle and will work to reduce shipping exponentially on orders for multiple items. That said, Jack is not likely to cut prices on single items by 25% or 50% the first day he lists them. On the other hand, if something has been up for 60 or 90 days, he may be more inclined to wheel and deal.
Feedback and DRL (Detailed Seller"s Rating): Many buyers are unaware how important feedback and the DSR system are. Dinging a seller because something was missed in the description can easily impact the seller"s rating and increase the cost of that seller"s fees. Please consider this before knocking stars off or leaving negative feedback. Contact the seller FIRST and try to resolve issues before filing an "ITEM SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED" claim. The difference can cost the seller 20% in increased fees thereby impacting how reasonable the prices he or she is able to offer. I understand makes it difficult to contact the seller after shipment, but Jack tries to include a business card or packing slip with each shipment that includes a phone number and email. SHIPPING (PLEASE READ): Jack will NOT ship to APO for items over $25. For FedEx Ground a physical street address is required. NO P.O. boxes for ground shipments. If it says STANDARD SHIPPING that means it will most likely be shipped FedEx. Jack also does not ship to unconfirmed addresses and in most cases will not change the shipping address from what is on the original order. If you think something can be shipped for less feel free to contact Jack with your suggestions.
Purchases will be processed within 24 business hours of cleared payment -- USUALLY sooner. Paypal eChecks must clear before shipping. Jack uses shipping ONLY and you will be notified with a tracking number and estimated date of arrival. If you are not notified please check your purchase history. The delivery confirmation numbers will be posted there. If there are any issues Jack will contact you via messaging. Jack uses either USPS or FedEx and very occasionally UPS. Jack offers shipping discounts on multiple orders, but all orders must be paid at once.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: If shipping costs are not showing, contact Jack for information and quotes BEFORE bidding or buying. Jack will ship with USPS First Class, when available. On higher tickets items Jack may sometimes require Priority Shipping be used.
