Here is a 1924 Pennsylvania License Plate. The plate has been wash in mild soap and water. It may clean up with a stronger cleaner. It has some scratches, paint wear and rust. The plate is made from heavy pressed steel. It has a slight bend with heavy rust on the left side. It measures 15” long X 6” high. I am not familiar with this item so please email all questions before bidding.
