A nicely Repainted 1928 Virginia State License Plate and 1928 Roanoke City License Plate. Look closely at the photos and you will see that there was some repair at the bottom edge of the Roanoke tag. There were some small pin holes that were filled before repainting. These are very nice and would be a great addition to a collection.
These both sell together. They will not be sold separately. Look carefully before bidding, there are no returns and no refunds!
