Shipping
We only ship to customers living in the United States and Global Shipping Countries. If your mailing address is not in the United States you may call to find out if your mailing address is in an Global Shipping Country. Customers not living in Oklahoma are responsible for paying their own sales tax. For information on how much it costs to ship to Global shipping countries we ask that you talk with an representative.
Multi- purchase discounts
Claude Hiram’s Classics welcomes you to view our other 700 (+/-) auctions. If you are bidding on more than one article e-mail us. To combine shipping items must be listed within seven days of each other, customers need to notify us that they are bidding on multiple items and lastly, items must be paid for within 5 days of winning the last auction.

Domestic flat rate
Within the United States our shipping price is flat rate. If an item is shipped 1,000 miles away the customer is charged the same as the customer who lives closer to our location. We set our shipping price after averaging all shipping destinations. Experience has shown us that this simple method is preferred by most customers.

Shipping Time
We mail items within 24 hours of receiving payment except on days the Post Office is closed.

Returns and refunds
We accept returns when items are returned in the same condition in which they were received by the customer. We thoroughly check all items and listing before posting auctions. Customer pays return shipping and we charge a 20% restocking fee to help us recover a portion of the cost of original shipping.
Example of how returns work
If an item is auctioned for $70.00 and the shipping is $10.99 the customer is charged $80.99. If the customer wants to return the item they may if the reason coincides with our return policy but he, or she, will receive $70.00 not $80.99. If we refunded $80.99 we would lose $10.99 and eventually be out of business.

We are happy to accept returns but please read the following:
We do not accept returns when item has been damaged by customer. If your item is not as described send us a message and we will be happy to resolve the problem. We have received excellent feedback because we accurately describe the products we sell and because we are pleasant in our business dealings.

Our storage facility is tobacco, pet, and insect free. Due to many people being allergic to peanuts and peanut products we do not store any food or food products in our storage facility. We are also careful to eat lunch in a different room. All of our items are stored in a large climate controlled room.
We take these precautions to ensure customer satisfaction. We think this may be why we are blessed with so many return customers.
