“Good / needs restoration”

This is a 1931 Arizona License Plate. It has been sandblasted. Overall pretty good condition for the year. Minor rust around the edges, but that would be covered by any chrome license plate surround. The letters and numbers are pretty crisp and clear. A good candidate for restoration if you have a 1931 auto.
This plate is a Navajo County plate, and originally had an orange field, and black lettering. From what I remember, this plate was found by a man who scours the Arizona desert for old stuff in and around Kingman, Arizona.
