1931 Nebraska License Plate Pair 16-3590 Seward County

Here is a pair of 1931 Nebraska license plates from Seward County. I believe the plates were never issued or mounted on a car; they show no bolt damage at the mounting areas. They were stored poorly; the paint is mostly gone. They are straight and have no extra holes. The metal is solid. This would be a great restoration project for your 1931 Ford Model A.
