This is a small New Jersey O.A. license plate from 1931. It is a small plate the size of a motor cycle plate. It is a heavy steel plate, rusty but it is still solid with no pitting holes. Can be restored. Not sure what it is for with the O A but it is an original 1931 plate. I start all my auctions at $2.00.
