You are bidding on an EXCELLENT, vintage 1931 PENNSYLVANIA license plate! Medium-weight tag has a navy/midnight-blue base with bright yellow-orange embossed lettering and rims. 100% ORIGINAL, with NO TOUCH-UPS, and STILL has very nice paint gloss ( especially on orange paint, almost all of which is still intact)! Includes the keystone logo on either side of PENNA 1931 embossed at bottom. Shorty plate (slightly shorter than normal--about 10 inches long) regular passenger plate due to its LOW REGISTRATION NUMBER makes this an unusual find!
Plate is STRAIGHT and lies FLAT, with ABSOLUTELY NO BENDS and NO EXTRA HOLES. There is some very, very minor paint loss due to surface rust on both sides, much of which has been cleaned off, as shown. Displays fantastically on your vintage "30s auto or your den or man-cave wall! In great shape AND almost 85 years old. Plate you see (registration S770Z) is the exact plate you"ll receive.
