“Paint flaking bubbled up”

1932 North Carolina NC License Plate Tag
I"ve had this for so long I can"t remember where I got it
I"ve had to have had it for 50 or more years. I had a 32 3 window
but never remember having this tag on it.
Good condition for 84 yr. old tag
Paint is flaking and bubbled up but no extra holes in it
