1933 California License Plate Set DMV Cleared

1933 California License Plate Set DMV Cleared as of 10-31-2016. The metal is clean but someone attempted to restore these and did a poor job. The bottom of one plate was actually trimmed off. See pic. 8E8539. These plates can be saved. They"ll cover 1933 cars.
