This plate is an amateur repaint. It is unusual because the date was re-stamped. This was originally a 1930 plate, but the zero was re-stamped with a three. Please see the close-up photos for detail. I have seen license plates with re-stamped dates, but never one with a three-year date difference.This is a rare old license plate. Only 950 Trailer plates were issued in Delaware in 1933, and they were issued in singles only, (not pairs). NO RESERVE and low $4.99 Priority Mail shipping in the US, which is actually LESS than what the US Postal Service charges to ship.
