These plates are in excellent condition. They have never been mounted. Come with original paper envelope from the State of Iowa. Envelope has matching number for the plates and name of the Secretary of State - G.C. Greenwalt.  Paint on these plates has some oxidation because the tissue paper layer was stuck to them and had to be removed with soap and water (see photo). Plates measure 5 1/2 x 12 1/2, white over dark blue. Per ebay policy, all of the license plates I sell are more than three years old and are sold as collectables only. I do offer combined shipping.
