15 x 5 3/4 metal. Background black, Numbers in yellow/gold B24 - 864 W.VA. - 1933
Condition is as found in the cellar of our inherited West Virginia family home. Nice with light rust mostly on the left front side & bottom. Light scratches on numbers. Looks like it will clean up well but wanted to leave it as found.
