Medium-weight tag has a golden yellow base with embossed navy blue lettering and rims.  75% ORIGINAL: numbers and rims have been repainted as original blue paint had worn away. Includes the keystone logos on either side of 1934 PENNA at the bottom!  
Plate is STRAIGHT and lies FLAT, with absolutely NO BENDS, NO EXTRA HOLES, and no SURFACE RUST. Some surface scratches and paint chips, as shown, from cleared-away rust. Plate metal and paint are TOTALLY SOLID. Mounts fantastically on your vintage "30s auto or your den or man-cave wall. In great shape AND  over 80 years old!
