About 80% ORIGINAL (badly faded blue lettering and border has been touched up), mostly a matte finish. Lettering stands out fantastically from white base, which is TOUGH to find in this condition on original 1930s Ohio plates.
Plate is straight and lies flat, with absolutely NO BENDS, NO SURFACE RUST, and NO EXTRA HOLES. A few areas of minor chips and scuffs to the original paint. Still displays fantastically on your vintage "30s auto or your den, garage, or man-cave wall. In great shape AND almost 80 years old!
