1937 1938 West Virginia Passenger License Plate 96-133. Has marks/scratches/rubs/bit of surface rust. The paint is fairly worn on the embossed numbers. In my estimation, the photos shows the numbers a little brighter than what they actually are. This plate is solid and straight with no extra holes. Please view photo closely for condition.
