1937 Little Rock Arkansas motorcycle license plate, 53

This is a Little Rock Arkansas motorcycle license plate, number 53. It is made of steel, measures 6-1/4 x 3-1/2 inches and is painted white on dark blue. It appears to be unused.
Some of the white paint has been worn off. Refer to first picture for details. That light spot between 53 and 1937 looks like paint that was accidently applied when the embossed features were painted.
