Money was tight. Still is!! But these are RARE - why? Well most were destroyed- upon receiving the FULL year plate. The 44/45/46 plates all have the original bags!!! WOW!! This is necessary for any MICHIGAN collection. And you may find them from time to time but you won"t find them together!! Looks like only a couple years were restored- well here"s the deal- if you don"t like restored plates I also have them in original form -- you take your pick!
