All license plates are original and unrestored unless noted. They have been in boxes for 50+ years. Some have been mildly cleaned with soap and water. Many are not clean and are as found. Most will clean up better but all are sold as is. 
Shipping is $7 in all USA. All plates will be well packed in a cardboard sleeve. No shipping outside USA. Others please use an American contact to buy. I will combine shipping ONLY If you will wait to pay until you receive my invoice. 
I generally do not accept returns but I want you to be pleased with your purchase. Any item that is misrepresented can be returned for full purchase price and I"ll pay the shipping. Please ask any questions before bidding. If you have ANY problem, let me know within 5 days of your purchase and I"ll try to resolve the problem. My goal is happy buyers every time.
