Selling a decent pair of 1938 California license plates, these plates were very rough when I got them and still have some pitting and signs of repair especially on the back. Plates have been bead blasted, primed, painted and hand lettered with high quality automotive enamel. they are not perfect but good runners. feel free to ask questions.
