1939 1940 West Virginia WVA License Plate Pair

The tags are in good overall solid condition.,The paint show normal wear and fading which is not uncommon in a 76 year old plate. There is some surface rust. Each tag has 2 extra holes. The tag at the top of the photo has them to the left of top slots. The bottom photo has the holes between the first two number 1 numerals, The second hole is to the left of the last 2. Hopefully the photo will show them. They will be sent the US Post Office.
