“Paint color variations, scratched, rust.”

Original, not restored, used 1939 North Carolina license plate. Has some color variation front and back. Some rust around the edge and a spot on the second number 2. Has been hanging on a wall for years and has some white wall paint spots on the back. There is a scratch between the 2 and the 6 also. Please look at the pictures as they tell the whole story. I held it up to the sun in the one picture so you can seen the mounting holes top, bottom and in front of the sevens. Great looking plate. Ships to the USA only. Thanks
