This is a large old Wisconsin license plate from 1939. It doesn"t specify whether it was for a car or truck. The painted white letters on he heavy embossed plate are worn, but all still readable.
The plate is only bent at one spot of the very edge near the top on the left side. The plate is very flat with no warping. The hole for the screw at the top left is also indented a little. There are some small rusting spots on the front, but no real scratches in the paint finish.
The back has some corrosion and discoloration, but there is hardly any rust.
The plate is 13 1/3 inches wide and slightly over 6 inches high.
