1940 Oregon License Plate

This Oregon tag is in good solid condition. I think the paint is good for a 76 year old tag. There is some surface rust that is visible in the photos. There was a bend sometime it its past between the 8 and 9. The bend had been unbent at some point. This is the way I got it. It will be sent via first class parcel mail.
