A 1941 Virginia single in fair original condition. The entire plate is covered in rust with only a small amount of the original black paint left. In addition, there are many bends and dents throughout the plate and two cracks on the border; one above the “19” and one on the top left bolt hole. Shipping is FREE. Check out my other auctions.
