All have surface rust. Vermont is bent down at left screw. Looks like some tried to pull it off. Arizona has a terrible repaint job so obvious! It"s still a 1942 plate. Others may be touched up also or not. I just truly do not know. I do not know anything about plates. I bought them at a tag sale. It was his dad"s collection. Please look good at all plates.
