Medium-weight tag has a classic jet-black base with golden yellow embossed lettering and rims. 100% ORIGINAL, with NO TOUCH-UPS, and still AMAZING paint gloss! This plate was probably NEVER put on a motor vehicle--there is absolutely no trace of wear ANYWHERE on it. Includes the famous embossed bucking bronco logo seen on most Wyoming plates! Registered in Albany County, in southeastern Wyoming , including Laramie, Rock River, Centennial, and Albany. This is a truly SUPERB EXAMPLE to satisfy even the most demanding collector, and RARE, as Wyoming was one of the VERY FEW states to continue issuing metal plates in 1943, due to World War II steel shortages.
Plate is straight and lies completely flat, with absolutely NO BENDS, NO EXTRA HOLES, and NO SURFACE RUST. There are a few stray chips to the paint, but no other marks whatsoever.
