This is a Michigan license plate from 1945. My book says this was issued in Lapeer County. This plate can be registered in Michigan to YOUR 1945 car, no matter what county you live in. These years from 1942 up till 1956 are single-plate years. This particular plate is the only one of this number that was issued in this year.
Condition of the plate is in fair but not excellent condition. This will have some rust, nicks, dents and scrapes from age. Enlarge the photos for a look.
