This plate is in Very Good Minus condition with all original paint that still has retained some gloss after 70 years. That would have been a full Very Good if not for some small, rather faint spots on the gray background paint - please see the close-up photo for detail.In 1946, Oregon motorists were issued a single license plate, (not a pair), making this a rather scarce item.
