The plate has black numbers & letters with the La. state bird, the brown pelican, also in black atop a yellow plate background. This plate measures approximately 5 x 11 3/4 and is in very good condition for a 67 year old Louisiana plate. The upper two license plate bolt indentations can be seen on the plate.
