I came across a bunch of old Iowa license plates and I am going to sell them off. This plate is from Delaware County, Iowa ( # 28 ) and is from 1950. The plate is white with black lettering. There is a 1951 tag over top of the 1950 date. It is the yearly update instead of issuing a new plate. It would be easily taken off or leave it on.The plate is in good condition, some signs of age, wear and use, this plate could use a good scrubbing, it is dirtier than many of the others. It has been hanging on the inside of a shed for many many years. This would be a great addition to any collection, perhaps you have a vintage 1950-51 car? Born in 1950 or 51? Married in 1950 or 51?
