New to Ebay, but have been collecting for 40 years, and now it"s time to sell.
This is a rare Marland for Governor West Virginia License Plate Topper. Far from mint, it is rusty gold. It pictures a donkey on the left side, so I assume he was a democrat. 4 1/2 x 12. William C. Marland was the governor of WV in the 1950s. It has seen better days, but I"ve never seen another! BUY NOW! or make an offer, I just might take it!
