A 1950s Keep Virginia Green license plate topper in fair used condition. The topper has nice original green paint but has multiple bends and dents throughout it. In addition, there is a large area of the plate missing in the middle of the tag along with patches of the original paint. From the dents and bends on the plate there are cracks in the topper above both bolt holes and it has been cut at the “VIR.” Buyer pays $6.00 for shipping. Check out my other auctions.
