1950s Luzerne Pennsylvania Civil Defense License Plate 40-2411 Military Unused
Description Excellent condition, never issued.  It will be shipped flat and protected with stiff cardboard.  I recently purchased a collection of Many military items from a retired militaria dealer who had a successful mail order business in the 1970s and 1980s.  These have been in storage and havent seen the light of day in over 30 years....and the condition shows!
